At Renoma Paris, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with each purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, we are pleased to offer an exchange service under the followingterms and conditions:
Exchange Request Timeline:
Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase and are applicable only for items delivered locally.
Item Condition for Exchange:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and labels intact. Items that show signs of wear or are damaged due to improper handling or use are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Notification Process:
Before sending any items back, please contact us at renomaparisteam@gmail.com with your order number and product details to facilitate a smooth exchange process. All returned items undergo a thorough inspection by our team to ensure they meet our exchange standards. Renoma Paris reserves the right to reject exchanges for items that do not meet these standards.
Exchange for Different Products:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we will issue a Gift Card equivalent to the value of the returned item upon successful inspection. This Gift Card can be used for a new order of your desired item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is faulty due to design or manufacturing defects, please reach out to our Customer Service team at renomaparisteam@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos. Our quality control team will inspect the item. If found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or issue a Gift Card if a replacement is unavailable.
Processing Time:
We aim to process all exchanges within 5 working days of receiving the returned item(s). During peak periods, such as sales or holiday seasons, please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
Please Note: Renoma Paris reserves the right to decline any exchanges at our discretion if the items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
